• AI-generated enhancements are approximations and may contain imperfections
• The nature of AI means results may vary and some imperfections are expected
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes or complete satisfaction with results

9.4 Refund Policy for AI Processing

If your image was processed but:

• No changes at all were made by the AI (for example, the image was returned exactly as submitted), you are eligible for a refund or free reprocessing.
• Minor mistakes occurred (such as missing a small item, slightly altering details, or imperfect recreation), these do not qualify for refunds. We recommend trying again or reprocessing the image with different settings.

Please understand that the nature of AI means results may vary and some imperfections are expected. Our team will only process refunds when your image shows no change after enhancement.

10. Termination

10.1 By You

• You may cancel your account at any time
• Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds of unused credits or fees
• Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

10.2 By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Skybound Studio LTD is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms
